Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Hucknall is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Hucknall and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline any patient where our pharmacist or prescriber determines that treatment is clinically inappropriate. Eligibility is assessed on an individual basis for each consultation.
All prescription weight loss medications dispensed through our service require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber following a clinical assessment. We do not supply prescription-only medicines (POMs) without an appropriate prescription.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated by the prescriber. You must provide accurate and complete medical information during consultation. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended and could carry legal consequences.
Our prescribers and pharmacists may contact you for additional clinical information before approving any prescription. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a prescription where clinically indicated.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details. If a payment is declined or reversed fraudulently, we reserve the right to withhold dispensing until payment is confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier service used.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We use discreet, appropriately packaged parcels to protect patient confidentiality. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your medication is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You have the right to cancel your order before your prescription has been dispensed. Once medication has been dispensed and prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, as returned medicines cannot be re-dispensed for safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Our services complement but do not replace your NHS GP or primary care provider. The information and consultations provided are for the purpose of facilitating appropriate prescribing and are not a substitute for comprehensive medical care.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. You must read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, you should stop taking the medication and seek medical advice immediately.
We are not liable for any harm arising from failure to disclose accurate medical history during consultation.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the provision of pharmacy services and is never sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
